Benchmark 305 Program ( City of Miami )
If you own a large building in the City of Miami and it is larger than 20,000 square feet you will need to adhere to the requirements set fourth by the City of Miami’s Benchmarking Ordinance that is currently in effect. The City of Miami's Building Efficiency 305 Benchmarking Program requires buildings above 20,000 square feet to provide and share benchmarking data to the city via EPA's portfolio manager. There are several deadlines according to your square footage and the first is fast approaching.
Upcoming deadline for buildings between 100,000 square feet and 199,999 square feet to submit their benchmarking date is October 1st, 2023.
